MANAGEMENT: Supervision

Supervision
is a formalised, regular review of you self and work, undertaken within the structures of a contracted supervisory relationship. Professional supervision enables you to grow both as a person and as a practitioner ensuring your practices are safe effective and ethical.

Supervision Workbook

Supervision can be group peer or individual. We highly recommend the practice of supervision for School nurses as often they are working in isolation both clinically and professionally. A workbook has been developed to include a policy, group values and identify goals in partnership with the supervisee, supervisor, and the School and or PHO (Earp K, 2012)
